About

Every transaction, every decision, connected

Nexus365 exists so that a shopkeeper, a distributor and a multi-branch retailer can see their whole business in one place — and trust what they see.

Our mission

Commerce in Bangladesh runs on remarkable effort: counters that serve hundreds of customers a day, distributors who know every retailer on their route, owners who keep Baki in their heads. Much of that effort goes into reconciling systems that don't talk to each other — a billing tool here, a spreadsheet there, a notebook for credit.

Nexus365 connects procurement, inventory, sales, payments, finance and customer relationships in one Demand-to-Cash system, so that every sale, delivery and payment updates everything it affects — and so the business can make decisions from one set of numbers.

Why Bangladesh-first

Most commerce software treats local needs as translation work added at the end. We start from them: Bangla and English side by side, BDT and lakh/crore reporting, Baki as a first-class ledger, retailer–distributor workflows, cash and mobile wallet payments, configurable VAT, and counters that must keep working when the connection doesn't. International SaaS standards, local operating reality.

Principles

How we build

  • Honest AI

Recommendations show their evidence and say whether they are a measured fact, an estimate or a prediction. Uncertainty is shown, not hidden.

  • People approve

AI never silently places orders, changes prices, extends credit or contacts customers. Consequential actions wait for an authorised person.

  • Local first

Bangla, BDT, Asia/Dhaka time, Baki and local payment habits are part of the core design, configured rather than hardcoded.

  • Trust by design

Tenant isolation, role-based access and audit trails are foundations, not add-ons. We don't claim certifications we don't hold.

  • One connected model

A sale, a stock movement and a journal entry are parts of the same transaction — so reports agree with each other.

  • Say what's real

Every feature on this site is marked as available in the demo, in development or on the roadmap.
