AI Intelligence

Intelligence that explains itself, and leaves decisions to you

Nexus365 turns the transactions your business already records into explainable recommendations. Each one says whether it's a fact, an estimate or a prediction, shows its evidence, and waits for a person before anything consequential happens.

Demand-to-Cash

One loop, from demand signal to collected cash

Intelligence is only as good as the data under it. Because every module writes to the same model, each step can inform the next.

  1. 01

    Demand

Sales and open orders show what customers want.

  2. 02

    Purchase

Reorder drafts become approved purchase orders.

  3. 03

    Stock

Goods receipts update stock and supplier payables.

  4. 04

    Sale

POS and orders record revenue, tax and Baki.

  5. 05

    Cash

Collections clear receivables in the ledger.

  6. 06

    Insight

Every step feeds the next recommendation.

How Demand-to-Cash AI works

Honest labels

Fact, estimate or prediction: always labelled

A recommendation is only useful if you know how much to trust it. Every insight in Nexus365 carries one of three labels.

Measured fact
Calculated from transactions you recorded, such as last week's margin or a customer's Baki balance.
Estimate
Derived from history with stated assumptions, such as days of stock cover or a suggested reorder quantity.
AI prediction
A statement about the future, such as churn risk or next week's demand. It can be wrong and shows its confidence.

Human in the loop

AI augments decisions. It doesn't take them.

  • People approve consequential actions

Purchases, price changes, credit decisions and customer messages always wait for an authorised person.

  • Every recommendation shows its evidence

You see the figures, dates and records behind it, not just a score.

  • Uncertainty is visible

Estimates and predictions carry confidence levels and ranges.

  • Everything is audited

Recommendations, decisions and overrides are timestamped in the audit trail.

  • Permission-aware and private

Intelligence only uses data the user may see, and live AI providers run under a data processing agreement.
