Works with what you run today

Most businesses already have a POS, a khata, an accounting tool or an online store. Here's how each kind of system will work with Nexus365, whether you keep it or move off it, and an honest status for every one.

Systems Nexus365 works with

We name a specific product only once its connection is live with a customer. Until then, each card shows the kind of system, how it will connect, and its status.

On the roadmap

Four ways to start, on the same foundation

Every pattern combines the same two things: one owner for each kind of data per branch, and imports for whatever Nexus365 doesn't own. Move from one pattern to the next at your own pace.

  • Insights alongside

Keep your POS, stock and accounting. Nexus365 imports their data and adds consolidated reporting, Shop DNA, Baki ageing and stock alerts.

  • Module by module

Move POS, Baki and inventory to Nexus365 and keep, say, your accounting software. Each module has one owner.

  • Branch by branch

Run Nexus365 fully in the branches you've moved, keep the old POS in the rest, and see every branch in one view.

  • Full migration

Bring products, customers, Baki, stock and a year of sales history, then retire the old system after a reconciliation you sign off.

Can't find your system?

Tell us what you run today. We build connectors for the systems our customers actually use, so your answer decides what comes next, and we'll tell you honestly whether file import or migration covers you in the meantime.
