On the roadmapBring your khata and spreadsheets with you
Most businesses start from a paper khata, Excel, or both. The import toolkit is being built so you can load products, customers, Baki balances and opening stock from simple templates, see what will happen before anything is saved, and fix mistakes by re-importing.
What it connects
What the connection carries
Products
Products, variants, barcodes, categories and prices.
Customers and Baki
Customers with phone numbers and Baki balances, with dates where you have them so ageing is right.
Opening stock
Stock on hand per branch, loaded as opening balances.
Suppliers
Suppliers and what you owe them.
Before you start
What you'll need
- Your product list, even if it's rough
- Customer names, phone numbers and Baki balances, typed into the template if they're on paper
- A stock count per branch on the day you start
What we don't claim
- The import toolkit is planned and not available yet.
- Possible duplicate customers (for example, the same phone number twice) are flagged for you to decide, never merged automatically.
- Bangla digits, taka amounts and phone numbers are normalised on import.
How to connect
How the connection will work
- 1
Fill the templates
Download a template per type of data, or map columns from a spreadsheet you already have.
- 2
Dry run
See new, updated and rejected rows, with a reason for every rejection.
- 3
Fix and re-import
Correct the file and import again. Records update instead of duplicating.
- 4
Check and start
Compare Baki and stock totals with your khata, then start selling in Nexus365.
FAQ
Paper khata & spreadsheets questions
Can't find your system?
Tell us what you run today. We build connectors for the systems our customers actually use, so your answer decides what comes next, and we'll tell you honestly whether file import or migration covers you in the meantime.
