On the roadmapOne stock count for the shop and the website
Your online store or marketplace keeps doing what it's good at: product pages, checkout and delivery. Once your inventory is in Nexus365, orders will flow in and stock and prices will flow out, so a sale online and a sale at the counter come out of the same stock.
What it connects
What the connection carries
Orders
Online orders arrive as sales against the branch or warehouse that fulfils them.
Stock levels
Available stock is pushed out so the store stops selling what's gone.
Prices
Price changes made in Nexus365 update online too.
Products
Product mapping between the store and your Nexus365 catalogue.
Before you start
What you'll need
- Admin access to your store or marketplace seller account
- Which branch or warehouse fulfils online orders
- Inventory managed in Nexus365
What we don't claim
- Storefront connectors are planned. None is named until one is live with a customer.
- Nexus365 doesn't run your online checkout or delivery.
How to connect
How the connection will work
- 1
Connect
An admin authorises the connection. Credentials are stored server-side for your organisation only.
- 2
Match products
Match store listings to Nexus365 products and choose the fulfilling branch.
- 3
Sync
Orders come in and stock goes out, with retries so nothing is lost or duplicated.
- 4
Monitor
Last sync time and errors are visible, with an alert if the connection stops.

Can't find your system?
Tell us what you run today. We build connectors for the systems our customers actually use, so your answer decides what comes next, and we'll tell you honestly whether file import or migration covers you in the meantime.
