On the roadmapPayments processed by your provider, reconciled in Nexus365
Nexus365 already records cash, card, bank and mobile wallet payments, including split payments, in the demo. Direct connections to gateways and wallets are planned so settlements can be matched to sales automatically, with every webhook verified.
What it connects
What the connection carries
Payment events
Successful, failed and refunded payments, matched to the sale they belong to.
Settlements
Provider payouts reconciled against wallet and card clearing accounts.
Refunds
Refunds linked to returns, so stock and money agree.
Verification
Webhook signatures checked and duplicates ignored.
Before you start
What you'll need
- A merchant account with your payment provider
- API credentials from the provider, entered by an admin
What we don't claim
- No payment providers are integrated yet. Each will be named only after it's built and verified.
- Nexus365 doesn't process payments or hold funds.
How to connect
How the connection will work
- 1
Authorise
An admin adds provider credentials. They're stored server-side and never sent to the browser.
- 2
Map accounts
Choose which clearing account each payment method posts to.
- 3
Record
Payments arrive through verified webhooks and attach to their sales.
- 4
Reconcile
Settlements are matched to recorded payments, with differences flagged for a person.
