On the roadmap

Keep your ERP as the owner of stock, or bring it all together

If your ERP or inventory software runs stock and purchasing well, it will be able to stay in charge of them. Nexus365 imports its data on a schedule and adds reorder suggestions, Product DNA and consolidated reporting. If you'd rather run everything in one place, migrate stock, suppliers and open purchase orders.

What it connects

What the connection carries

  • Stock positions

Stock per branch and warehouse, with batch and expiry where your system tracks them.

  • Suppliers

Supplier directory, payables and lead times for Supplier DNA.

  • Purchase orders

Open and received purchase orders, so replenishment knows what's already on order.

  • Catalogue

Products, variants, barcodes and costs, so margin and reorder maths are correct.

Before you start

What you'll need

  • Exports of stock, products, suppliers and purchase orders from your ERP
  • A decision on who owns stock and procurement for each branch
  • Cost prices, if you want margin reporting

What we don't claim

  • No named ERP connectors exist yet. File import is the planned starting point.
  • Nexus365 never writes to records your ERP owns.
  • Features that need missing data say so (for example, margin is unavailable if cost prices aren't imported).

How to connect

How the connection will work

  1. 1

    Agree ownership

Decide per branch which system owns stock, sales and procurement. Combinations that would double-count are rejected at setup.

  2. 2

    Map and dry run

Map your export once, then check a dry run of new, updated and rejected rows.

  3. 3

    Import on a schedule

Regular imports keep Nexus365 current, and every screen shows when data was last updated.

  4. 4

    Migrate when ready

Move a module or branch over with a final import and a reconciliation of stock value.
