On the roadmap

Keep your POS for now, or move off it branch by branch

Nexus365 is being built to run next to the POS you already have. Your POS keeps owning sales, stock and Baki in its branches, and Nexus365 builds reporting and intelligence on its data. When a branch is ready, you migrate it with a reconciliation you sign off.

What it connects

What the connection carries

  • Sales history

Sale headers and lines, payments and returns, at least 12 months for useful trends.

  • Products

Products, variants, barcodes, categories and prices, matched to existing records on re-import.

  • Stock snapshots

Stock on hand per branch, stored as movements so the history stays append-only.

  • Customers and Baki

Customer profiles and credit balances, with original dates where available so ageing is right.

Before you start

What you'll need

  • A regular export from your POS (CSV or spreadsheet) of sales, products and stock
  • Which branches stay on the POS and which move to Nexus365
  • Someone who can check the first import against your POS totals

What we don't claim

  • No named POS connectors exist yet. Each will be listed here only once it's live with a customer.
  • A branch can't sell in Nexus365 while another system owns its stock. Sales and stock always move together.
  • Data from your POS is shown read-only and labelled with when it was last imported.

How to connect

How the connection will work

  1. 1

    Map your export

Match your POS columns to Nexus365 fields once. The mapping is saved for every later import.

  2. 2

    Dry run

See what will be created, updated or rejected before anything is written, with a downloadable error report.

  3. 3

    Schedule imports

Upload or email new exports on a schedule. Re-importing the same data updates records instead of duplicating them.

  4. 4

    Move a branch

When you're ready, cut a branch over: final stock and Baki import, reconciliation, then Nexus365 takes ownership.

Can't find your system?

Tell us what you run today. We build connectors for the systems our customers actually use, so your answer decides what comes next, and we'll tell you honestly whether file import or migration covers you in the meantime.
